JOY!
JOY,JOY,JOY!
What a wonderful word that our Father, Savior and Holy Spirit exemplify.
They gave us this fruit of the Spirit, that enriches our lives to make things good,
To make things right for us.
Oh, how wonderful Joy is, to take so many forms: to take even the tiniest and simplest of forms sometimes; to watch a child play and frolic with abandon, to see that same child express glee and whatever types of language or smiles of delight, to see a family together enjoying a day, to have remembrance of times past and to make a memory also of today!
How delightful to have our hearts full to see a rainbow, that bow that the Father used as a method of promise to us, to see a bird wein his way down to some food on the beach and be able to get that morsel, to see hope in the eyes of the forlorn, to see a smile break across the face of one to whom that does not come often or in fact any; to see ELATION so pure, so without spite, malice or derision of any kind; to know that He first loved us and loves us, to know that He designed this-----this JOY!
It was created for us,
Can’t we tap into it! This JOY can’t we hold unto it, let it seep and sweep over us for a longer period of time.
Yes remember those moments surely, but linger there hold on to that Joy, Hold on so that we will be able to experience even more, even more of yet the other fruits (of the Spirit) He has for us.
Let us stay on this level and it will give us the Peace, yes the peace of the Lord, that He wishes, no that He has ordained for us!
The love that will ensue to wash over us and give us Joy, as well.
Eph 5:8-9
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are you light in the Lord, walk as children of light:
(For the fruit of the spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
